David D. Aman is a 1998 graduate of The George Washington University and a 2002 graduate of New York Law School. Prior to his association with Heilmann, Ekman, Cooley & Gagnon, Mr. Aman worked in a New York City firm representing individuals injured by medical negligence. In 2003, he returned to Vermont where he worked as a litigator with a local firm for six years focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice.

Mr. Aman is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Vermont. He also is admitted to practice in New York. Mr. Aman’s practice at Heilmann, Ekman, Cooley & Gagnon focuses on civil litigation, with a concentration on professional liability defense and the representation of individuals in personal injury and medical malpractice actions.
